Do you have a brick and mortar store?
We had a store in West Austin for many years and because we absolutely love our online community so much, we are now an only online boutique. However, we do participate in local (Austin) shows, so follow us on social media for more updates!
Do you offer coupons?
This is an excellent question that we receive daily! We do offer coupons but ONLY through our website. We will never, ever authorize or endorse third-party Izzy and Ash coupons, so if you have obtained a coupon for Izzy and Ash from another website, it won't work. Please sign up for our discounts and flash sales by joining our email list. If you have any questions, give us a call!
What are preorders?
Ahh, preorders. We absolutely love them, and our customers love them even more! Preorders, aka presale items, are items we purchase for the upcoming season that are available to buy before they are in stock. It gives you the opportunity to buy items in advance, securing your beloved size for your little one. So, for example, if we are currently in summer, we will offer fall and winter preorder items available to order.
How do preorders work?
Once a designer's items are available for preorder on our site, we send an exclusive notification to our email list first, which you can join at the bottom of our homepage. All preorders being shipped within the US also have free shipping! Check out our preorder page for more information.
Do you gift wrap?
Absolutely! During the checkout process, you will see a place for 'notes', simply let us know that you would like your purchase gift wrapped and also let us know if you would like to leave a note to the recipient. If you forget to do this during checkout, call us ASAP because we typically ship items the very next day. If this occurs after hours, go ahead and email us because we do check emails after hours.
Why should I sign up for the Izzy and Ash email list?
We cannot tell you how many times customers will stumble upon a preorder item that is now sold out and because they did not know about the product's release, never had the opportunity to purchase it. We typically do not reorder items within a season, so for instance, we may bring back the same item for spring, summer, fall, and winter; however, we unfortunately won't bring back the same item several times within one season. So we highly advise our customers to sign up for our email list. We only email customers about new sales, new arrivals, and new seasonal promotions, so you never have to worry about junk email from us!
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time we only offer US and Canada shipping but check back with us for updates on when we are ready to ship abroad!
How often are there new arrivals?
Very. Because many designers' delivery dates vary, we have a constant flow of new merchandise added to our site. We encourage customers to sign up for our newsletters to get updates.
Do you offer gift registry?
We are working on creating the absolute best, seamless experience for gift registry users, so check back with us, as we are currently working on it.
How do I leave a review?
After you purchase an item from us, feel free to tell us how you are liking your items by leaving a review. Simply click on the item that you purchased and click on the link that states 'Write a Review'. Please allow us 24 hours to review your response before it appears live on our site. We do this to ensure that the reviewer is indeed the actual purchaser, and we also make sure that all words are appropriate for all readers.
