Free Shipping on Orders over $150!*

For your convenience we daily with the
United States Postal Service (USPS). USPS shipments usually take 2 to 4 day with priority mail. Packages are left either in your mailbox, or can possibly be left on your porch. If you require a signature confirmation at time of delivery please specify so at the time of checkout.
Izzy and Ash is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages after they have left our warehouse.
* Orders are processed Monday through Friday and shipped daily. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Our shipping fee schedule is simple. Within the United States, we charge a flat rate of
$5.95 for US Priority Mail on orders under $150 and
free shipping on orders over $150.
In addition, express overnight shipping is $24.95.
International
Global Priority Mail is used for International shipments. Rates are as follows:
- $28 -> Orders greater than $150.00
- $24 -> Orders less than $150.00
Canada -> $18.95
For our Customers in Canada: If you choose to have your shipment sent
First class mail rather than Global Priority the fee is
$11.75 This includes $1.75 signature confirmation, which we require for first class mail. Please be advised, first class mail has no tracking method

All drop shipments are shipped directly from the Manufacturer and will therefore arrive in a separate shipment if ordered with other items from Izzy and Ash.
All items purchased from Izzy and Ash are at the risk of loss and title for such loss passes to you, the customer, upon our delivery to the carrier. Should you require insurance, delivery confirmation or a signature required at time of delivery please advise us of your request in the customer notes section of the checkout process.
Please be advised that we are required by law to list the prices and items you purchased on your package. Your local government might impose duty charges based on your purchase. Please contact your local government agency for more information.

We are happy to accept returns for items in the event they have any
manufacturing flaws or defects or simply if you do not find items to be
satisfactory. Items must be returned to Izzy and Ash in new, unused
condition, and be in original packaging, with all tags attached. Any
item that is drop shipped directly from the manufacturer must have
approval from the manufacturer before being returned.
Please call or
contact
us to receive an RMA before returning items. ALL
returns must have an RMA number and a copy of the invoice or RMA notification from Izzy and Ash inside the
box.
Regular priced items must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt of package
for a full refund. After the 10th day, a store credit will be issued.
ALL sales are final after 21 days. Any item returned after 21
days
of original receipt will be returned to the customer.
Shipping
fees are non-refundable.
Returns on Sale Items
Sale items marked below 30% and postmarked within 5 days of receipt
of package,
are eligible for a credit to the credit card used. All returns postmarked after 5 days of receipt are issued a store credit ONLY.
ALL sales are final after 21 days.
Sale items marked
30% or more must be postmarked with 5 days of receipt for a store
credit ONLY.
All sales marked 30% ore more are FINAL sale if not postmarked
within 5 days of receipt and will be returned to the customer.
Return of Gifts
Gifts may be returned for store credit if postmarked within 21 days of
receipt.
NOTE: It is always best to send your package back in a
manner that is traceable, (UPS or Delivery Confirmation). We cannot be
responsible for non-receipt of returns that cannot be tracked, nor can
we confirm receipt of a return/exchange until it has been processed. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing of returns.
