And if we lower the price on our own site within 7 days of your order date, we'll refund you 110% of the difference as well, please see conditions.

Our 110% Lowest Price Guarantee has some limitations:
- Please contact us with your request.
- Special promotions such as gift certificates or giveaways do not apply.
- The item must be currently available in the same size, style, and color that we have at IzzyandAsh.com, and be in stock and available for purchase on the competitor's Web site.
- The lower price must have been found on a competitor site within 7 days of the your order date. Our price is the price minus any sale or promotional discounts that where applied to the item.
- Guarantee applies to Web sites only, not brick-and-mortar stores please.

* Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, before your package is shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. For your convenience we offer shipping via United States Postal Service (USPS). Orders shipped via USPS, go out priority mail with delivery confirmation.
Our shipping fee schedule is simple. Within the United States, we charge a flat rate of $7.95 for US Priority Mail on orders under $125 and free shipping on orders over $125.
In addition, express overnight shipping is $24.95
International
Global Priority Mail is used for International shipments. Rates are as follows:
- $28.00 -> Orders greater than $150.00
- $24.00 -> Orders less than $150.00
Canada -> $18.95
For our Customers in Canada: If you choose to have your shipment sent
First class mail rather than Global Priority the fee is
$11.75
This includes $1.75 signature confirmation, which we require for first
class mail. Please be advised, first class mail has no tracking method
. Izzy and Ash is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages after they have left our warehouse.
