Fall 2012 Pre-orders
are advance purchases made on merchandise scheduled to ship
at a future date. Once you place your order these items are reserved
and taken out of stock for you. Because these items are no longer
available for others to purchase, and as inventory is purchased we
re-order any available stock, returns of preorders within 10 days of receipt are eligible for an
exchange or store credit, we do not normally issue refunds on
preorders. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase and
understand that ordering in advance can sometimes be difficult. If your
item(s) simply does not work please contact us to discuss options.
All preorders will receive one free shipping. Due to
the large volume of preorders we receive we will not split shipments
unless you notify us. If you prefer additional or split shipping, as
your merchandise arrives, you
will need to contact us and pay for any additional shipping charges.
Most designers will complete their shipping by the end of March, we can
not guarantee when items arrive but we do our best to communicate with
our customers on the status of their orders.
You can pay the entire amount or a 50% deposit, with the remaining 50% due when the item arrives. We will
contact you via
email/phone for the remaining balance. If you paid via credit card we
will charge the balance on the card used, if you paid via Paypal we will
send you a Paypal invoice. If neither of those methods are
successful we will attempt to contact you by email/phone 2 times. If
after these attempts you have not been in contact
with us, your preorder will be put back in stock and you will loose
your deposit. There will be no refunds on preorders that are not
claimed after our attempts.
